SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS
Most orders are shipped USPS and UPS. ABC Vacuum will always attempt to use the most time-efficient shipping method allowed for the products being shipped. Multiple shipping methods may be used for an order, depending on the methods available for items in that order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day following the day the order was placed. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. CST on Business Days will ship same day. Business days donot include weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING COST
ABC Vacuum offers free shipping on orders over $99. Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimension of the items you ordered and the shipping method. You may calculate your shipping cost prior to checkout from either the product page or the shopping cart page.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You will receive an email notification when all or part of your order ships. The email will provide the information you need to track your shipment. For help tracking your order, call customer service at 1-512-459-7643.
SALES TAX
Where applicable, ABC Vacuum will charge sales tax on taxable items. Sales tax is calculated on the cost of the taxable merchandise. Depending on state-specific regulations, sales tax may also be assessed on shipping and handling costs.
